Laughter Yoga is fast sweeping the world and has now become a global phenomenon that is being practiced in over 200 countries.
How does it work?
It is a break through laughter delivery system where anyone can laugh as a group exercise without relying on humour, jokes or comedy. It combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing, which brings more oxygen to the body thus making one feel more energetic and healthier.
