Q. What equipment do I need?
A.  All you need is some comfortable shoes and clothing.

Q. Do I have to have my camera on?
A.  No, but to fully benefit from the session we recommend it so you can engage with your teacher.

Q. When do I receive my zoom link?
A.  You will receive the zoom link on the day of the session (be sure to check your spam/junk folders).
