Laughter Yoga is fast sweeping the world and has now become a global phenomenon that is being practiced in over 200 countries.
How does it work?
It is a break through laughter delivery system where anyone can laugh as a group exercise without relying on humour, jokes or comedy. It combines laughter exercises with yogic breathing, which brings more oxygen to the body thus making one feel more energetic and healthier.
It is a practice that can transform your business or organisation by reducing workplace stress, creating a happy, productive and energetic workforce.
What do the sessions feature?
The core activities of sessions feature breathing exercises, guided mediation and laughter yoga and can be tailored to individuals and events requirements.
